MEET SHARON JONES

The face of the fitness industry is changing.  With the widespread fear of Covid-19, there will be some who are not comfortable in a gym setting.  It has long been known as a germ breeding ground because of the sweat and number of people who do not clean up behind themselves. While all gyms are not this way and some have good hygienic practices in place, the way it is viewed by the general population will be different. 

The idea behind in-home training with Commit To Be Fit, LLC, is to help clients improve and maintain their health and fitness goals without the stress of being in a gym setting.  Maybe you have children and you are not comfortable taking them to a gym with you or having to find a sitter.  If I train you in your home (garage, carport, backyard) then that is one less expense and worry that you have.  I am also willing to meet in a mutually agreed upon location such as a park or community center that you have access to.

I have all the equipment to train clients in the most effective, up to date and educated fashion.  I have been working as a Personal Trainer for over 15 years.  I have experience with every level of fitness client from beginner to athlete. I will also be cleaning all of my equipment with a disinfectant before and after all sessions.

While I legally cannot prescribe a diet, I can give basic guidelines and suggestions for your nutrition. If weight loss is one of your goals, I would suggest a food log that I can review and make suggestions for you.  I will never judge or demean you.  We are all human and we are not all going to make good choices 100% of the time.  Remember, I am a woman, I am a wife and I am a mother.  I am human and I am real.  I will be up front and honest with you about everything.
